Booking Policies, Terms & Conditions
Our goal is to always make sure you receive optimal results, however due to different skin types and external factors outside of our control that could affect the final outcome, there are no guarantees.
You are welcome to book a free consultation with Ella where this can be discussed further.
To cancel a booking:
A booking fee of £30 is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day. The booking fee is non-refundable; however, it may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment, provided the new date is within 4 weeks of the original booking.
To reschedule a booking:
A minimum of 48-hour notice is required. Less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your Booking Fee. Appointments can only be rescheduled within 4 weeks of the original booking date.
If you are unwell:
If you are unwell within the 48-hour period please contact us with a doctor's note. We will endeavour to reschedule your appointment and transfer your Booking fee within a maximum period of 4-weeks of your original booking date.
If you fail to show up:
Failure to show up to your appointment will result in a charge of the full cost of the service to the card on file.
If you fail to follow the required Pre-care
If you attend your appointment without following the pre-care instructions, we may be unable to proceed with your treatment. In this case, the appointment will still be charged in full, and a new booking and full payment will be required.
If you are running late:
Please contact us if you are going to be late for your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the forfeit of your Booking fee.
